The Role

As the Year 4 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for:

Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Maintaining firm but fair behaviour management and consistent classroom routines
Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-structured learning environment
Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
Working collaboratively with KS2 colleagues, support staff, and SLT
Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carersWhat We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 4
Strong curriculum knowledge and behaviour management skills
