Our client, a reputable independent automotive service centre based in Cheltenham, is seeking a skilled and experienced Workshop Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a dedicated team in a busy light commercial vehicle specialist workshop. core responsibilities of the Workshop Manager role Ordering parts and liaising with suppliers to ensure smooth workshop operations Handling customer queries and inbound calls related to workshop services Issuing accurate invoices and managing workshop administration Leading and motivating the workshop team to meet targets and uphold high standards Requirements: Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician with supervisory or managerial skills suitable for a Workshop Manager position Ability to produce high-quality work efficiently within a busy workshop environment Strong leadership, team motivation, and customer service skills IT literacy and familiarity with workshop management systems Valid UK driving license with minimal points Experience in light commercial vehicle repairs and diagnostics is preferred Proactive attitude and commitment to team development This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a senior vehicle technician or workshop supervisor aspiring to step into a leadership position.
