Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven Wholesale Manager to lead our client's wholesale operations across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. This role is pivotal in shaping our global sales strategy, optimizing account performance, and driving sustainable growth in key territories. The ideal candidate will bring deep market knowledge, existing relationships within these regions, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Management:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive wholesale strategy tailored to the dynamics of EMEA and US markets.
  • Identify growth opportunities, define account segmentation, and implement market-specific initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales objectives with broader brand goals.


Key Account Leadership:

  • Manage and grow strategic wholesale accounts including department stores, luxury boutiques, and select online retailers.
  • Leverage existing relationships and industry contacts to expand the brand’s wholesale network in target regions.


  • Showroom & Buying Campaigns:
  • Lead seasonal market campaigns in fashion capitals including Paris, Milan, New York, and Dubai.
  • Oversee all aspects of showroom operations, from appointment scheduling to order finalization and follow-up.


  • Assortment & Inventory Strategy:
  • Partner with merchandising and product teams to build market-appropriate assortments that align with regional preferences and performance data.
  • Monitor sell-through and implement reorders or assortment adjustments as needed.
  • Brand Representation & Market Support:


  • Ensure consistent and premium brand presentation across all wholesale accounts.
  • Conduct in-store training and regular visits to key accounts to strengthen brand presence and performance.
  • Reporting & Analysis:


  • Deliver clear sales forecasts, KPIs, and post-market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide insight into regional market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of wholesale experience within the luxury fashion or premium apparel sector.
  • Demonstrable strategic planning and execution skills with a strong commercial focus.
  • In-depth knowledge of and proven success in European, Middle Eastern, and US markets.
  • Established network of wholesale contacts within those regions.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across assigned markets.
