Experienced Welder / Fabricator – Cover Supervisor (Late Shift)\n\nLocation: LEICESTER\n \nWe are currently looking to recruit an experienced Welder / Fabricator with the potential to step into a Cover Supervisor role (initially covering holidays), to support our growing workload throughout the year.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with a strong fabrication background and previous leadership or supervisory experience who is looking to progress.\nThe Role\n\nMIG and TIG welding on high-quality work\nFabrication to a high standard\nSupporting the team across different areas when required\nCovering supervisor duties during holidays and absences\nWorking as part of a skilled, professional teamRequirements\n\nStrong background in MIG & TIG welding (essential)\nAluminium welding experience is a major advantage and will attract a higher rate\nProven fabrication experience\nPrevious leadership or supervisory experience within a workshop or industrial environment\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality\nTeam-focused with a flexible approachPay\n\n£16.00 per hour, depending on skill and experience\nAluminium welding experience will command a higher rateShift\n\nPM Shift:\nMonday to Wednesday, 2:00pm – 12:00 midnight\nThursday, 2:00pm – 11:30pm\nFridays off\nOvertime: Fridays available at time and a halfWhat We Offer\n\nConsistent, high-quality work throughout the year\nOpportunity for progression into a supervisory role\nCompetitive pay based on skill\nSupportive team environmentIf you are a skilled Welder / Fabricator with leadership experience and are looking for a role with progression and stability, we would like to hear from you.\n\nPlease apply with your CV or get in touch for further details
