We're looking for a proactive Warehouse & Transport Administrator to oversee day‑to‑day operations in our Guildford hub. You'll lead a small team, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time, while managing transport schedules and compliance.Hours - 4am Start.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise warehouse and transport activities to meet operational targets.Manage a team of drivers and warehouse operatives, providing guidance and support.Ensure health & safety standards and company policies are followed at all times.Monitor stock accuracy and oversee loading/unloading processes.Plan and coordinate delivery routes for efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.Handle transport compliance, including vehicle checks and driver hours.Liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve issues promptly.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in a warehouse or transport supervisory role.Strong leadership and communication skills.Knowledge of transport regulations and health & safety practices.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.IT literacy (experience with WMS or routing software is a plus).Why Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits package.Opport... #J-18808-Ljbffr
