Warehouse & Transport Supervisor

We're looking for a proactive Warehouse & Transport Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations in our Guildford hub. You'll lead a small team, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time, while managing transport schedules and compliance.
Hours - 4am Start.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise warehouse and transport activities to meet operational targets.
Manage a team of drivers and warehouse operatives, providing guidance and support.
Ensure health & safety standards and company policies are followed at all times.
Monitor stock accuracy and oversee loading/unloading processes.
Plan and coordinate delivery routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Handle transport compliance, including vehicle checks and driver hours.
Liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve issues promptly.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a warehouse or transport supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of transport regulations and health & safety practices.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
IT literacy (experience with WMS or routing software is a plus).
