Ventilation Engineer (MVHR / PIV / HVAC Engineer) Location: London & Surrounding Areas (Field-Based) Salary: £38,000 £40,000 About the Role RGE Services is a growing engineering services company specialising in ventilation, HVAC, and air management systems across residential and commercial properties. We are looking for an experienced Ventilation Engineer / HVAC Engineer with strong knowledge of MVHR, PIV systems, and ventilation fans (including VIVID units). This is a field-based role across London and surrounding areas, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, fault finding, and working independently across a variety of sites. Key Responsibilities Install, service, and commission MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery) systems Install and maintain PIV (Positive Input Ventilation) systems Work extensively with VIVID ventilation fans and similar units Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on ventilation systems Install and service MEV systems and extraction units (bathroom, kitchen, whole-house) Carry out ductwork installation, upgrades, and modifications Perform airflow testing and system balancing
