A well established independent garage in Falkirk is opening its second site and is seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join the team. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a growing business with strong local roots and a reputation for quality workmanship. About the Role Youll be joining a close knit team at a new facility, working across a range of vehicles with a focus on diagnostics, servicing, and repairs. The role offers clear progression routes, with the potential to train into a Master Technician or Foreman position. MOT training and certification courses are also available for the right candidate. Duties within the role Carry out routine servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on a variety of vehicles Work independently and as part of a team to maintain high workshop standards Support the development of the new site through reliable, quality focused work Engage in ongoing training and development, including MOT certification and advanced diagnostics Contribute to a positive, professional working environment Whats on Offer Opportunity to grow into a Master Technician or Foreman role MOT training and certification support Competitive pay and performance based incentives
