A well established independent garage in Falkirk is opening its second site and is seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join the team. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a growing business with strong local roots and a reputation for quality workmanship.

About the Role

Youll be joining a close knit team at a new facility, working across a range of vehicles with a focus on diagnostics, servicing, and repairs. The role offers clear progression routes, with the potential to train into a Master Technician or Foreman position. MOT training and certification courses are also available for the right candidate.

Duties within the role

  • Carry out routine servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on a variety of vehicles
  • Work independently and as part of a team to maintain high workshop standards
  • Support the development of the new site through reliable, quality focused work
  • Engage in ongoing training and development, including MOT certification and advanced diagnostics
  • Contribute to a positive, professional working environment

What Were Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills across a range of makes and models
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to grow with the business
  • Previous experience in an independent garage or dealership environment preferred
  • MOT licence is a bonus but not essential
