About the Role

My client is seeking an experienced MRICS Hotel Valuer to join their growing Commercial Valuation team in Central London. This is an outstanding opportunity for a specialist in hotel and leisure assets to play a key role in expanding an already successful valuation practice.

My client is open to level (Surveyor up to Partner), you will lead on valuations across the UK, covering both trade-related and investment-based assets, and advise a high-profile client base including funds, lenders and institutional investors. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help drive the continued growth of the hotel and leisure offering within a highly collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake valuations across a broad range of hotel and leisure assets, from budget to luxury and boutique.
  • Prepare detailed reports for loan security, fund valuations and financial reporting.
  • Deliver trade-related valuations, analysing operational performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders and operators.
  • Support business development and contribute to pitches and new client wins.
  • Ensure all work complies with RICS Red Book standards.
  • Mentor and support junior team members as the team grows.


About You

  • MRICS qualified and a Registered Valuer.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience specialising in hotel and leisure valuations.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations and performance metrics.
  • Experience across both investment and trading valuations.
  • Well-connected within the hotel, lending and investor markets.
  • Proven ability to generate fees and build client relationships.
  • Collaborative mindset with the drive to support business growth.
