Position: Care Assistant / Support Worker x 2 Specialism: Dementia Care Shift Pattern: Full-time night shifts Language Requirement: Fluent Turkish (spoken) Location: London Reports to: Registered Manager Employer: GoCarely Salary: £30,000 per annum
Job Purpose
To provide high-quality, person-centred night-time dementia care to private clients in their own homes. The role focuses on safety, reassurance, calm companionship, and culturally sensitive communication in Turkish throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
Night-Time Dementia & Personal Care Provide attentive overnight support to clients living with dementia Assist with toileting, repositioning, continence care, and personal comfort Respond calmly to night-time confusion, agitation, or wandering
Safety & Monitoring Monitor wellbeing throughout the night and respond appropriately to changes Support safe mobility and reduce fall risks Escalate concerns in line with care plans and GoCarely procedures
