Here at GXO we are looking for a Transport Supervisor to join our GXO Supply Chain operation at our Wellingboroughsite . You will be responsible for a team of drivers, providing coaching and support to ensure operational targets are met or exceeded. You will also ensure strict adherence to company processes, Health & Safety standards, and all O Licence legislation and requirements. This is a full-time, permanent position , working on any 5 out of 7 days , predominantly Monday to Friday. Flexibility is required, as this is logistics after all. Pay, benefits and more: Were looking to offer a salary of £30,000 , and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
