What Youll Be Doing Proactively owning your business development pipeline and identifying new opportunities

Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and candidates

Conducting candidate outreach, screening and market research

Supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, from lead prospecting to deal closure

Collaborating with senior consultants on client strategy and search execution

Achieving and exceeding commercial and billing targets

Learning expert sales, negotiation, and client management techniques
