The Role Trainee Recruitment Company
360 recruitment position
1.Business Development Bring on new clients and negotiate the terms of the deal
2.Becoming a specialist in your market by understanding current trends and being an expert in the space
3.Sourcing candidates in your market to introduce to your clients
4.Organise interviews and prep candidates for success
5.Receive offers for your candidates and make a placement
The Ideal Candidate for this Role Trainee Recruitment Consultant
2024 or 2025 graduate with a 2:1 or above from a Red Brick university
Minimum BBB at A Levels
Sports background played competitively at a high level
Financially motivated with evidence of work
Sales experience preferred B2B or B2C
Articulate and smart
