We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with a UK renowned Finance and Accountancy recruiter with a thriving headhunting department.
They are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their growing and successful team. This fantastic opportunity would suit someone that has genuine ambition and drive and an interest in building a rewarding career. You’ll be speaking to a with a wide range of people, helping connect talented candidates with exciting opportunities across the UK. In this role, you will use a variety of tools, from calls, social media and messaging to engage with candidates and introduce them to new positions. You will work towards clear and set out goals that will further develop and strengthen your communication skills and learn how to identify and match the right talent to clients. You’ll undergo a second to none training program provided to you by the company Directors supplying you with insider knowledge, tips and tricks required to become a talented head-hunter.
