* Reaching out to tax and audit professionals across the UK
* Building strong talent pipelines to support client hiring needs
* Supporting senior recruiters and headhunters on active recruitment projects
* Learning how to source, screen and assess candidates for specialist roles
* Researching markets and roles to stay ahead of industry trends
