Must have’s
* Motivated and target-driven mindset
* Confident communicator, particularly over the phone
* Genuine hunger to learn, develop and succeed
* Positive and proactive attitude
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have’s
* Previous experience in sales, telesales or a customer-facing role
* Experience working in a target-led or fast-paced environment
So, what will you be doing?
* Reaching out to tax and audit professionals across the UK
* Building strong talent pipelines to support client hiring needs
* Supporting senior recruiters and headhunters on active recruitment projects
* Learning how to source, screen and assess candidates for specialist roles
* Researching markets and roles to stay ahead of industry trends
