As Monster continues to dominate the convenience channel, we’re now recruiting a Trade Development Manager to take ownership of North West London, driving visibility, distribution, and activation across independent retailers. This is a high-energy, field-based role with genuine autonomy and progression.

The Role

You’ll be the face of Monster on your patch – building relationships, winning new space, and executing best-in-class activation.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing existing stockists through merchandising, POS and promotions
Executing direct market activations and promos
Supporting and training distributor partner staff
Owning your territory end-to-end, with full accountability for performance

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same.
