New opportunity for a Test Manager to join our IT Team based in either Exeter, Bristol, or Redhill . This is a permanent full time with a salary ranging from £45,000 - £55,00 plus benefits .

The role

As Test Manager, you will be responsible for leading, planning, coordinating, and controlling all testing activities across our Salesforce platforms and related IT solutions. The role ensures that all platform changes – whether business-as-usual or project-based – meet quality standards through structured testing governance.

You will have opportunity toplay a critical role in enabling continuous improvement, platform recency, and data integrity by collaborating closely with architecture, solutions, and data teams.
