Freelance Tenant Liaison Officer – Leeds

Our agency is currently working with a leading contractor delivering works across residential and social housing properties in Leeds, and we are seeking an experienced Freelance Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) to support ongoing projects.

The Role

As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will act as the key link between residents, contractors, and project teams, ensuring works are delivered smoothly while maintaining excellent resident relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the main point of contact for tenants and residents

* Communicate project timelines, access requirements, and updates clearly

* Manage resident queries, concerns, and complaints professionally

* Arrange appointments and access for works

* Maintain accurate records and reports on resident engagement

* Support site teams to ensure minimal disruption to residents

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Tenant Liaison Officer (or similar role)

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Experience working within social housing or occupied residential environments

* Ability to work independently on a freelance basis

* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
