TeleSales Executive Stockport - Field & Office Based - Must be Able to Drive Up to £40,000 + Uncapped Commission Opportunity Get Recruited is working exclusively with a B2B Business Communications company that is looking for a driven Telesales Executive to join a growing sales team. This is a field‑based role with a 50/50 split between winning new business and developing existing customer relationships. You’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, while also re‑engaging with previous customers to drive repeat business and maximise account value. Alongside core product sales, you’ll have the opportunity to introduce wider solutions across the business. This role suits a proactive, relationship‑led salesperson who enjoys being out in the field, building rapport face‑to‑face, and closing deals. Role
Generate new business through proactive prospecting, networking, and client visits. Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and lapsed customers to drive repeat revenue. Conduct regular face‑to‑face meetings with decision‑makers across a variety of industries. Spot and develop opportunities across additional service lines. Build long‑term relationships to increase customer retention and lifetime value. Maintain an accurate and active pipeline through CRM systems. Achieve and exceed new business and revenue targets.
Qualifications
Must have experience in B2B sales. Track record of winning new business. Experience in a consultative sales environment (products, services, or solutions). Full UK driving licence. Strong hunter mentality with the ability to win new business. Highly organised with strong pipeline and territory management.
