Mon to Thurs: 8 to 5pm; Fri 8 to 4pm Job Purpose: Reporting to the Technical Manager, the purpose of the role is to ensure a robust FSQMS is in place which is compliant with legislation and customer Codes of Practice that ensures Dairygold Food Ingredients UK delivers a quality, authentic, legal and safe food product. Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Maintain the Food Safety Quality Management System to meet BRC and customer standards Complete GAP analysis for any new requirements, non-conformances/observations/recommendations and update and communicate changes Document control all HACCP documentation and meetings Maintain internal audit schedule, support audits, administer and ensure completion with tracker Coordinate shelf-life trials where required with support from QA Team Support the TM in product and environmental sampling Maintain Traceability schedule in line with BRC / customer requirements Manage documentation of site risk assessments and ensure they are reviewed as required Document control all documentation relating to TACCP and VACCP <...
