Technical Sales Manager I'm working with a well-established manufacturing business to appoint a commercially driven Technical Sales Manager. This role focuses on growing strategic customer relationships and winning new business within core industrial sectors. You will own a portfolio of major accounts while actively identifying and securing new opportunities. The role offers a balanced mix of strategic account management and new prospect development in a fast‑paced, professional target‑led environment. Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic customer accounts Build strong, long‑term client relationships and drive account growth Identify and convert new business opportunities within target markets Maintain a healthy pipeline and deliver against revenue targets Collaborate with global sales teams to support account expansion Deliver customer presentations, proposals, and tailored solutions Provide accurate forecasting and maintain CRM records Represent the business at client meetings and industry events
Qualifications
Proven experience in technical or engineering and manufacturing‑led sales Strong track record in both nurturing existing accounts and exploring new opportunities Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into commercial solutions Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills Self‑motivated, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Experience within industrial, OEM, or engineered solutions environments would be advantageous. Benefits
