Recruitment Consultant & Resourcer | Construction, Mech & Elec

£Salary + Commission (uncapped & zero threshold)


ICDS Group is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant & Resourcer 9two roles), full training provided in the Construction, Mechanical & Electrical sectors, recruiting for large-scale and complex construction projects. Our core markets include high density residential, commercial, data centres, pharmaceutical, biomedical, and hospital developments across the UK and Europe.


The Role

  • Supporting end-to-end recruitment delivery across Construction, M&E disciplines.
  • Working with Tier 1 contractors, specialist subcontractors, and developers.
  • Managing client relationships and candidate networks within technically complex project environments.
  • Supporting permanent and contract recruitment assignments.


About You

  • Demonstrable desire to gain recruitment experience within M&E construction.
  • Third level qualification in business related sector or similar.
  • Commercially driven with a consultative approach.
  • At least one year’s experience in a recruitment environment.
