Responsibilities
Act as the main point of entry for technology requests across the business Work with stakeholders to clarify problems, challenge assumptions and shape ideas properly before they reach development Assess potential value, urgency and feasibility at a high level Help prioritise competing initiatives against business goals Maintain visibility over the technology roadmap and sequencing of work Coordinate communication between stakeholders and developers once work is underway Reduce unnecessary interruptions to the development team Help create a more disciplined and effective interface between business teams and engineering Identify pragmatic opportunities to use AI and automation to improve processes. Today, too many ideas, requests and operational questions reach developers directly, creating unnecessary interruption, weakens prioritisation and slows delivery of important work. Your role will be to improve this.
Qualifications
Strong product and prioritisation judgement The ability to turn ideas into clear, actionable work Enough technical fluency to work credibly with developers and understand constraints at a high level Confidence working with senior stakeholders and pushing back when needed A structured, practical approach to managing competing priorities Good judgement in the use of AI tools to improve research, scoping, prioritisation and delivery efficiency A strong bias towards outcomes, not activity The ability to operate effectively in a growing business where pace and clarity both matter
Preferred Experience Experience in a scale‑up, founder‑led or operationally complex business would be valuable. Experience of travel, hospitality, marketplaces or in‑house platforms would also be helpful, but is not essential. Current Roles
