They’re looking for a Technical Manager to lead their rubber compounding products and process development. You’ll manage the laboratory team, work directly with customers to create innovative solutions and ensure all products meet ISO 9001 and client-specific standards.

About You
You’ll have proven experience in rubber compounding (essential) and laboratory management
A strong understanding of product development, testing and ISO/industry standards
