As the main point of contact for our customers, you will provide technical guidance and prepare accurate quotations for spare parts, service work, and machine upgrades. This is a desk-based role focused on managing enquiries and supporting international customers with technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Respond to technical enquiries and provide support on troubleshooting machine faults, applying a solid understanding of Holroyd machines and their applications.
