Job Description This role oversees all technical aspects of residential developmentsfrom land acquisition to completionensuring projects are buildable, compliant, and commercially viable. Key responsibilities include: Leading design coordination across architects, engineers, and consultants Managing planning, building regulations, and NHBC submissions Reviewing drawings for compliance and value engineering Resolving technical queries during pre-construction and build phases Collaborating with land, commercial, and construction teams Maintaining relationships with consultants, authorities, and utility providers Ensuring compliance with legislation, standards, and quality benchmarks Essential Experience Experience with residential developers or PLC housebuilders Background in low- to medium-rise housing projects Benefits Competitive salary Bonus scheme Pension Healthcare Travel allowance or company car
