An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's leading companies in the facilities industry.
They currently maintain a number of prestigious contracts across the UK and are looking for a Technical Services Manager to work on a high profile contract based in Central London.
The building itself offers a totally different working environment, housing state of the art technology and really is a unique place to work.
The Technical Services manager role is a brand new position and will be responsible for managing the on site maintenance team, making sure that the M&E services are delivered to a high standard and with minimal disruption to the building.
Duties of the role will include the following:
\n Managing the on site maintenance team \n
Manage all technical issues across the building in relation to ongoing maintenance works. \n
Issuing permits to work \n
Manage agreed KPI and SLA’s. \n
Responsible for managing the company’s H&S and environmental performance on site. \n
Plan and implement shutdowns \n
Management of reports. \n
Applicants for this role must be able to demonstrate the following:
\n Qualified in electrical or mechanical engineering discipline; C&G, HNC, HND or higher. \n
Previous HV experience. \n
Strong understanding of building management systems. \n
Strong technical engineering understanding. \n
Previous experience of managing contractors. \n
Experience of service delivery in high profile commercial environments. \n
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients. \n
Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload. \n
