Business Analyst Our client, a leader in their field, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in modernising and migrating from legacy systems to modern platforms. You'll work closely with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders, helping to remove obstacles, ensure clarity on requirements, and drive projects forward in a complex transformation environment. Role Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of current systems, including technical aspects of legacy platforms, to support transition to target systems. Collaborate with engineering and project teams to identify and resolve blockers. Rapidly learn systems and products to provide accurate, relevant insights. Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications. Secure approvals and sign-offs from stakeholders on documented requirements. Communicate confidently with stakeholders to address needs and concerns. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and deliverables. Work effectively under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Promote a collaborative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Essential Experience / Skills 5+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally in the finance sector. Strong understanding of technical systems and processes. Proven experience in transformation projects, particularly modernising/migrating legacy systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Track record of effective collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure. High attention to detail and accuracy. Team player with a collaborative mindset. Desirable Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies. Proficiency in JIRA and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to document clear, actionable technical specifications. Proven problem-solving skills in technical environments.
