A 12-month fixed-term position is available for someone with strong analytical and technical skills, working for an organisation based in Central London. The role involves spending two days per week in the office and collaborating closely with both the technology support function and key operational leaders. The main focus will be to map out how core processes work, create clear documentation, and support the shaping and roll-out of new systemsparticularly those built on Microsoft Power Platform tools.

Key Responsibilities Review existing ways of working, capturing them clearly and keeping documentation up to date. Analyse requirements for new or improved digital tools and translate them into structured specifications. Produce detailed technical and functional documents to support the selection or configuration of solutions. Take ownership of smaller projects or workstreams, planning activity and tracking progress. Develop and maintain guidance, procedures and other documentation linked to the organisations business applications.
