The Technical Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. The role focuses on systems, data, integrations, and solution design, ensuring delivered solutions meet both business and technical objectives.

Key Skills

Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills Experience translating business needs into technical requirements Agile/Scrum delivery experience (user stories, acceptance criteria) Solid understanding of SDLC, systems, integrations, and data flows Ability to work closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders Clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical audiences Nice-to-Have Skills

SQL, API testing, or hands-on technical tools Cloud platforms, microservices, or DevOps exposure Experience with JIRA, Confluence, diagramming tools Relevant BA or Agile certifications Industry experience in regulated or complex environments
