Interpret and translate complex engineering information while identifying and rectifying deficiencies in existing diagnostic information pathways to enable accurate and timely customer issue resolution.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience: Demonstrate experience in automotive service technical problem solving Experience working with and diagnosing automotive complex systems Root cause analysis and fault detection handling Able interpret automotive wiring diagrams Experience working with and diagnosing LIN, CAN and BUS networks Experience using standard diagnostics tools, oscilloscope, multimeters, scan tools and the associated technical procedures.

Computer skills proficiency and excellent written and spoken communication skills. xbpsjku
