You take pride in accuracy, safety, and developing others, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Key RequirementsDegree or HNC (NQF Level 4-6) in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).Proven supervisory experience within a laboratory or technical testing environment.Knowledge of ISO 17025 and other relevant QHSE and accreditation standards.Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.Confident in client liaison, audit preparation, and managing technical documentation.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure.About the OpportunityAs a Team Leader / Section Head, you'll provide supervisory and technical support to ensure your section meets daily operational, quality, and commercial targets in a safe and compliant manner.
