Team Leader - Step Into Store Leadership

This is your opportunity to move beyond a standard retail role and take real ownership-leading a team, driving performance, and building the skills to progress into Store Management. What You'll Be Doing As a Team Leader, you'll take responsibility for key areas of the store and step up to run the operation in the absence of the Store Manager. You'll: Lead, coach and develop your team to deliver strong performance Take ownership of shifts, including opening and closing the store Drive excellent customer service and make us the go-to store in the community Support recruitment, training and onboarding of new colleagues Manage performance, attendance and team engagement Control key commercial areas including waste, stock and labour Maintain high standards across availability, merchandising and compliance This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be expected to lead from the front and make decisions that impact the store's success.
