Team Leader - Step Into Store Leadership

We're looking for a Team Leader to join our Harbury Food Store (12 hours per week).
This is your opportunity to move beyond a standard retail role and take real ownership-leading a team, driving performance, and building the skills to progress into Store Management.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Team Leader, you'll take responsibility for key areas of the store and step up to run the operation in the absence of the Store Manager.
You'll:This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be expected to lead from the front and make decisions that impact the store's success.
