You will ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of production lines and processes. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will manage shift resources, deliver on KPIs, and motivate your team to achieve production targets.You will support changeovers and asset care activities, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement (CI) initiatives. A large part of your role will involve people management, including conducting training, performance reviews, and development plans to ensure your team is skilled and engaged.We are looking for a confident leader with strong people management skills and solid technical awareness of manufacturing equipment and exceptionalpeople leadership skills.
