We are looking for a Team Leader to join a global independent soft drinks manufacturer with 78 manufacturing sites worldwide including 6 sites in the UK based in Bridgwater (TA6).
Salary £41,528.45pa (basic £37,753.13 and shift premium of £3,775.32) 4 on 4 off Shift pattern – Rotating Days and Nights – 06:30 to 18:30 & 18:30 to 06:30 Permanent role and working on average 42 hours per week Benefits: 22 days holiday (including bank holidays), Company pension scheme, Healthcare options, and access to Discount & Offers Platform.  As a Team Lead within a FMCG environment, you will be a key leader on the production floor, directly responsible for a team of up to 10. You will ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of production lines and processes. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will manage shift resources, deliver on KPIs, and motivate your team to achieve production targets.
You will support changeovers and asset care activities, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement (CI) initiatives. A large part of your role will involve people management, including conducting training, performance reviews, and development plans to ensure your team is skilled and engaged.
