Job Description
Team Assistant (Maternity Cover – 6 Months)
London-based team - remote role - in office on occasion
Reports to: Chief of Staff & Managing Partner
Who we are
We’re a fast-moving, highly social commercial property investment and asset management group with a London heartbeat and a European reach. We work hard, move fast, and celebrate the wins—whether that’s closing deals or getting the whole team together for a well-earned lunch (or something stronger).
The role
We’re looking for a brilliantly organised, proactive Team Assistant to keep the engine running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be the go-to person who makes everything happen—keeping people, plans, and processes in sync while supporting a dynamic, ambitious team.
This isn’t a “sit back and wait” kind of role. It’s for someone who loves being in the mix, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.
What you’ll be doing
Keeping the wheels turning
- Managing the team inbox, fielding calls, and acting as a gatekeeper when needed
- Keeping diaries in check—scheduling meetings, bookings, and plans across multiple time zones
- Organising travel like a pro (flights, trains, hotels, cars—the works)
- Supporting onboarding and IT setup for new starters
Making things happen
- Preparing slick presentations, spreadsheets, and documents
- Pulling together meeting packs, taking minutes, and keeping actions on track
- Chasing deadlines, nudging stakeholders, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks
- Supporting projects by keeping communication flowing across teams
Staying on top of the detail
- Managing invoices, purchase orders, and reporting
- Keeping systems, files, and databases up to date and GDPR-compliant
- Coordinating document translations and maintaining organised archives
Getting involved across the business
- Supporting Investment, Asset, and Property Management teams when needed
- Jumping into ad hoc tasks and rolling up your sleeves wherever required
Bringing the social side to life
You’ll help organise the moments that bring the team together, including:
- Monthly London team lunches
- Volunteering initiatives
- Christmas party (we go big)
- Industry events like PROVADA, UKREiiF, MIPIM & EXPO Real
Adding a creative touch
- Creating and formatting marketing materials
- Posting on social media and keeping content fresh
- Maintaining the CRM system
- Helping keep the website up to date
What we’re looking for
- Highly organised with serious attention to detail
- Proactive, adaptable, and happy juggling multiple priorities
- A strong communicator who builds great relationships across teams
- Comfortable working independently and keeping others updated
- Someone who enjoys being part of a social, driven, and collaborative culture
Why join us?
Because you won’t just be “support”—you’ll be at the centre of it all. From keeping deals moving to helping bring the team together, you’ll play a key role in a business that values energy, initiative, and people who get things done.
