What Were Looking For Essential Skills & Experience:
GCSE Maths and English (Grade C / 4 or above) or equivalent

Experience working in an education setting or similar environment

Understanding of alternative provision and special educational needs

Strong engagement and communication skills

Passion for supporting students emotionally and academically

Commitment to equality, diversity, safeguarding, well-being, and British values
