About the Role:
We are recruiting Teaching Assistants to support primary schools within the CREATE Trust in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive trust environment, supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. The Supply register are a managed service provided who manage the recruitment contract for the whole trust.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis

Assisting children with Special Educational Needs, including ASD, ADHD and SEMH

Supporting classroom learning and behaviour

Working closely with teachers and SENCOs

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant

SEN experience is highly desirable

Confident supporting pupils with additional needs

Flexible, reliable and nurturing approach
