SEN Teaching Assistant – Smile Education
Pay: £85.00 – £110.00 per day (in line with scale, dependent on qualifications & experience)
Location: B13 area & surrounding locations

The Role:As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to pupils with special educational needs, helping them to reach their full potential in a nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN
Supporting pupils with EHCPs and personalised learning plans
Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional development
Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment✅ Requirements:
SEN experience is essential
Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) is desirable
A patient, caring, and proactive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
