Guaranteed Pay Teaching Assistant - Chesterfield & Surrounding Areas Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work with the security of a guaranteed income? What the Role Involves Supporting pupils across EYFS to Year 6 Assisting with classroom activities, small group interventions, and SEND support Working in a variety of schools and adapting to different year groups and settings Providing high-quality support to teachers and pupils alike What We're Looking For A TA qualification (Level 2 minimum, Level 3 preferred) Access to a car and a full driving licence Availability for at least three days per week Flexibility and willingness to work with a wide age range and in different roles Commitment to safeguarding and professionalism Checks & Compliance Before starting, you will need to complete all mandatory vetting, including: Enhanced DBS check Reference verification All required safeguarding and compliance paperwork Why Join the Guaranteed Pay Scheme?
