Guaranteed Pay Teaching Assistant - Chesterfield & Surrounding Areas

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work with the security of a guaranteed income? We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Ta's to join our Guaranteed Pay Scheme, supporting schools across Chesterfield and the surrounding South Yorkshire area.

What the Role Involves

• Supporting pupils across EYFS to Year 6
• Assisting with classroom activities, small group interventions, and SEND support
• Working in a variety of schools and adapting to different year groups and settings
• Providing high-quality support to teachers and pupils alike

What We're Looking For

• A TA qualification (Level 2 minimum, Level 3 preferred)
• Access to a car and a full driving licence
• Availability for at least three days per week
• Flexibility and willingness to work with a wide age range and in different roles
• Commitment to safeguarding and professionalism

Checks & Compliance

Before starting, you will need to complete all mandatory vetting, including:

• Enhanced DBS check
• Reference verification
• All required safeguarding and compliance paperwork
