Key Responsibilities for an 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant

Provide 1:1 classroom support to a pupil with SEN Follow and implement tailored learning plans Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents Help build confidence, routine, and emotional wellbeing Promote an inclusive and supportive classroom environment

Requirements:

Experience working with children (SEN experience is a bonus) Patient, empathetic, and resilient nature Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply) Reliable and committed to full-time, term-time hours
