Smile Education are recruiting for an experienced 1:1 SEN teaching assistant to work in a first school within the Bromsgrove area, full time until the end of the academic year with a child in reception. This SEN Teaching Assistant role will run for the full academic year and offers an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive, values-led school environment that places pupils at the heart of everything it does. The school is a friendly, inclusive primary school with a strong community ethos. Staff work closely together to ensure pupils are supported academically, socially, and emotionally. The school promotes high expectations, positive behaviour, and a nurturing learning environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential.
