Tradewind Recruitment are actively looking for Teachers of Science to work at a range of secondary schools in the Ashford area from September until the end of the year with the view of extending beyond!

Salary - £32,916 - £51,047 depending on experience - PAYE

The role:

Plan and deliver lessons across all 3 disciplines of Science to KS3 and KS4 students
Create learning experiences that cater to the needs and abilities of all students
Attend departmental meetings and parents evenings when required
Monitor and record student progress effectively and provide feedback to support their academic growth and developmentRequirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong subject knowledge across Chemistry, Physics and Biology
Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best
Excellent behaviour management skills
Experience of teaching Science to KS3 and/or KS4 students
Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
