This team is known for its market-leading transactional tax practice, advising on the tax aspects of high-profile M&A, private equity, real estate, fund structuring, and financing matters across a wide range of sectors. The firm has a strong global platform, an impressive client base, and a collaborative, forward-thinking culture.

Role Highlights:

• Advise major corporates, investment funds, and financial institutions on UK and cross-border tax issues.
• Work closely with market-leading corporate, finance, and real estate teams on structuring and implementation of transactions.
• Get involved in tax planning, advisory matters, and support on tax disputes and regulatory developments.
• Gain exposure to a broad range of sectors, including technology, energy, infrastructure, and financial services.

Candidate Profile:

• UK-qualified solicitor with 3-6 years’ PQE in corporate tax at a top-tier law firm.
• Strong academic background and excellent technical ability.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in the intersection of law, finance, and business strategy.
• A team player with a proactive mindset and excellent communication skills.
