SALT is working with a global FMCG in the beverage industry who are seeking two experienced Talent Engagement Leads to support a high-growth business unit within a major global consumer goods organisation. This function is undergoing a period of strategic expansion, particularly within the French market, and is building a new, high-performing commercial team.


This role will play a critical part in identifying, attracting, and engaging diverse, high-quality commercial talent to enable success in a rapidly growing regional business. You will act as a key recruitment business partner to senior stakeholders and hiring managers, providing market insight, talent strategy guidance, and best-in-class execution of the hiring process.


This is a visible and influential role with the opportunity to directly impact organisational capability and long-term business performance.


  • £250 per day, inside IR35
  • Hybrid working in London

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with business and HR leadership to understand commercial hiring needs and workforce plans.
  • Own end-to-end talent engagement and recruitment delivery for mid–senior level commercial roles across the French market.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-calibre talent, leveraging employer brand positioning and market insights.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions and supporting talent planning discussions.
  • Maintain strong talent pipeline visibility and provide data-driven recommendations to drive quality of hire and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Ensure all hiring practices promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Support interview and assessment processes, including competency design and selection guidance.
  • Represent the organisation professionally in candidate interactions, hiring events, and market engagement activities.


About You:

  • Proven in-house talent acquisition experience, ideally within a global or matrixed organisation.
  • Strong capability in strategic sourcing and talent engagement, with excellent talent judgement.
  • Experience hiring in the French market is essential, ideally within commercial functions such as Sales, Marketing, Category, or Commercial Strategy.
  • Confident partnering with senior stakeholders, with the ability to influence decisions and drive alignment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working within a business undergoing change or rapid growth.
