Talent Acquisition Partner | Real Estate / Property | London


An excellent opportunity for an experienced and commercially minded Talent Acquisition Partner | Real Estate / Property | London to lead and execute hiring strategy across a growing, multi-disciplinary property business. This role spans all role types including construction, sales, finance, and development functions, and is ideal for a hands-on recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.


You will have the opportunity to influence the organisation’s talent agenda, partnering closely with senior leadership, driving end-to-end recruitment, and building a high-quality talent pipeline to support ambitious growth plans.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning

  • Design and deliver a talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth and headcount objectives
  • Build and maintain proactive pipelines for key and repeat hires within the residential property sector
  • Provide market intelligence on salary benchmarking, hiring trends, and talent availability

End-to-End Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, competencies, and selection processes
  • Directly source candidates, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interview processes for senior and specialist hires

Employer Brand & Candidate Experience

  • Deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience aligned with company values
  • Support employer branding initiatives across digital channels and industry networks
  • Represent the business at industry events and networking forums

Process, Governance & Reporting

  • Maintain and optimise ATS usage, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and data integrity
  • Ensure full compliance with UK employment law, GDPR, and right-to-work requirements
  • Produce and analyse recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness)
  • Manage and negotiate relationships with external recruitment partners

International & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with international leadership on senior hires
  • Support overseas recruitment, including visa and right-to-work processes with legal advisors


About You:


Essential Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years’ recruitment experience, including leadership or senior-level hiring responsibility
  • Proven track record within UK residential property, real estate, or construction sectors
  • Experience delivering senior and specialist searches in the sector
  • Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and recruitment compliance
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent roles
  • Proficient in ATS platforms and external resources
